Do you find it difficult to sit down and try to clear your mind? You are not alone! Our walking meditation class is designed to help you find a clam and centered space while moving in nature. This hour long class will take you on a slow stroll around the grounds of Spiegel Farm, learning skills that allow you to use your senses for meditation.
